Questions, answered
Do I need to know accounting?
No. Daily Business Cashflow uses plain words like Money In, Money Out, Customers Owe You and You Owe Suppliers. There are no ledgers or journal entries to learn.
Is this a replacement for Tally or my accountant?
No. It is a simple daily money tracker. It does not replace accounting software, GST filing, or professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Many owners use it alongside their accountant.
Is cash flow the same as profit?
No, and the app keeps them separate. Net Cash Movement is just money in minus money out. Estimated profit is shown only when you have recorded purchase costs, with a clear explanation of how it was worked out.
What if my internet is slow or goes off?
The app installs on your phone like an app. You can record Money In, Money Out, payments and transfers offline; they are saved on your device and sync automatically when you are back online. You will always see whether you are OFFLINE, SYNCING or SYNCED.
Can my staff use it?
Yes, on plans that include multiple users. You choose who can only record entries, who can see reports, and who has read-only access.
Who can see my data?
Only people you invite to your business. Every business is fully isolated. Your financial data is never sold or shared.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes. You can export customers, suppliers, transactions, payments and settings at any time as CSV, Excel or a full ZIP.
