Privacy Policy
Template provided with the software. The operator must review it with a lawyer and fill in company details before launch (see docs/SECURITY.md).
What we collect
Account details (name, email, mobile), the business information you enter (business profile, customers, suppliers, transactions, notes, receipts) and basic technical data (IP address and browser type for security and audit logs). We record product events (for example “transaction created”) without the content of your records.
How we use it
To provide the service: showing your balances and reports, sending the alerts and reminders you turn on, billing, security and support. If you use the AI assistant, only the figures needed to answer your question are sent to the configured AI provider; your whole database is never sent.
We do not sell your data
We never sell or rent your financial data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see your data
Only people you invite to your business, according to the role you give them. Each business is isolated from every other. Platform administrators see operational information (plan, usage counts, system health) and not your customers, suppliers or transactions.
Service providers
Depending on how the service is configured: hosting and database, email delivery, WhatsApp (Meta), payments (Razorpay), and the AI provider. Receipts and attachments are stored privately and opened only through short-lived signed links.
Your choices and rights
- Export your data at any time (Settings → Data).
- Delete your business (permanently removed after 30 days) or your account (Settings → Data).
- Ask us to correct, export or delete data: see Data deletion or write to support@example.com.
Retention
Your records are kept while your business is active. After a deletion request they are removed within 30 days. Security audit entries and payment/invoice records may be kept longer where the law requires.
Security
Passwords are hashed with Argon2, sessions are protected, secrets are encrypted, and every financial change is recorded in an audit trail. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you suspect a problem.
