Data deletion request

Do it yourself (fastest)

1. Log in and open Settings → Data & privacy.
2. Download your data (ZIP) if you want a copy.
3. Choose Delete this business (owners only) and type the business name to confirm. The business is hidden at once and permanently deleted after 30 days. Within those 30 days contact us to restore it.
4. Then choose Delete my account to remove your login.

Cannot log in?

Email support@example.com from the address you registered with, with the subject “Data deletion request” and your business name. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting anything.

What is kept

Security audit entries that record the deletion itself, and billing/invoice records where the law requires us to keep them. Everything else is removed.
