Terms of Service

Template provided with the software. The operator must review it with a lawyer and add company name, address and governing-law details before launch.

1. What the service is

Daily Business Cashflow is a business tracking and cashflow management tool. It does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. It is not certified accounting software and does not file GST or income tax returns.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping your password and your team's access safe, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business. Estimated profit, forecasts, insights and AI answers are estimates based on the data you entered and are not guarantees.

3. Plans and payments

Plans, limits and prices are shown in the app. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled; you keep access until the end of the paid period. A failed payment gives a short grace period before the account returns to the Free plan limits. Your data is never deleted because a payment failed.

4. Your data

Your data remains yours. You can export it at any time and delete your business or account. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another business's data, send spam through reminders, or break the terms of third-party providers such as WhatsApp.

6. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for business decisions made using the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes in the app or by email.
